Spellcasting is good even if not full and most ways can take magical knack for full CL.
Ranger 1/ Warpriest 4/ Skyseeker: Can take weapon specialization, gets heavy armor early, can self heal a little via fervor. Ranger 1/ Feral hunter 4/ Skyseeker: Permanent animal focus for versatility Ranger 1/ Druid 4/ Skyseeker: Take shaping focus - drawback: wildshape and ancestral weapon don't mix well Right now I'm considering the following options: If I find a neat way to do this I might play it in an all dwarf giantslayer game. And increasing ranger casting with skyseeker levels seems too weak. I would rather not multiclass but getting the skyseeker's abilities at level 8 is a bit late. With multiclassing Ranger 1/ cleric, druid etc. Is there any other class that can do this without multiclassing? Preferably earlier than the ranger. So the ranger could meet the requirements at level 7 and become Skyseeker at level 8 if his wis is high enough for a 2nd level bonus slot. favoured enemy orc or giant (or goblin bud I'd ignore that) Is there a class except for ranger who can become Skyseeker without multiclassing?
